Description: To amend section 4002 of the Emergency Wartime Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2003 to provide that the same temporary extended unemployment benefits which are available to certain former employees of domestic air carriers be extended to former employees of foreign air carriers who are similarly situated, and for other purposes.
