Description: A bill to amend chapter 11 of title 38, United States Code, to provide that a veteran who is a former prisoner of war detained or interned for not less than 90 days shall be deemed to have a service-connected disability rated at not less than 50 percent for the purposes of determining the benefits due to such veteran.
