Description: To amend the Public Health Service Act to give priority in the awarding of certain grants under such Act to entities located in States that have enacted laws to limit the malpractice liability of physicians providing charity care services, and to amend the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act to give priority in the allocation of homeless housing assistance to recipients in States that have enacted such laws.
