Description: To amend title 37, United States Code, to expand the eligibility of members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces to receive a variable housing allowance and to amend the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940 to expand the protections for members of the Armed Forces on active duty who occupy rental housing.
