Description: To amend title 38, United States Code, to change from 30 years to 40 years the period during which the disease of leukemia occuring in a veteran after exposure (while serving on active duty) to nuclear radiation as a result of participation in certain radiation-risk activities shall be presumed to be service connected for purposes of compensation paid by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
