Description: A resolution to express the sense of the Senate that the President should immediately notify the Soviet Union that additional purchases of U.S. grain, above the maximum level specified in the Long-Term Grain Agreement, may be made by the Soviet Union during the second year of the Agreement and to seek to modify the Agreement by establishing higher minimum and maximum supply guarantees.
