Description: A bill to amend title 23, United States Code, to provide that for purposes of determining the minimum allocation paid to any State, the amount of taxes treated as paid into the Highway Trust Fund with respect to gasohol and certain methanol and ethanol fuels shall be determined as if such fuels were taxed as gasoline.
