Description: A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to provide that Veterans' Administration nurses who work two twelve-hour regularly scheduled tours of duty over a weekend shall be considered to have worked a full basic workweek, and for other purposes.
