Description: A bill to amend title XVI of the Social Security Act to provide that the income and resources of parents shall not be attributed to their children (for purposes of determining the eligibility of such children for supplemental security income benefits) in certain cases where the payment of such benefits is necessary to enable the parents to provide disability-related home care without which the children would require continued institutionalization.
