Description: A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that a divorced spouse may qualify for benefits on the basis of a marriage which lasted for as few as 5 years (instead of only on the basis of a marriage which lasted for 10 or more years as at present) in the case of certain late-life divorces.
