Description: A bill to amend the Food Stamp Act of 1977 to provide for a medical expense deduction and to eliminate certain restrictions on excess shelter expense deductions with respect to households which are composed entirely of persons who are age 60 or older or who are recipients of benefits under title XVI of the Social Security Act.
