Description: A bill to amend the Tariff Schedules of the United States to permit the free entry of Canadian petroleum (including reconstituted crude petroleum) and crude shale oil, provided that an equivalent amount of the same kind and quality of domestic or duty-paid foreign crude petroleum (including reconstituted crude petroleum) and crude shale oil has been exported to Canada.
