Description: A bill to amend title XVI of the Social Security Act to provide that certain aliens may not qualify for supplemental security income benefits unless they not only are permanent residents of the United States but have also continuously resided in the United States for a period of 5 years, and to provide that an alien may not be admitted to the United States unless a citizen of the United States agrees to provide support to such alien for a period of 5 years after admission.
