Description: A bill to establish within the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare a Home Health Clearinghouse to provide elderly persons with a single place where they can obtain complete information on the Federal health programs available to them, and to create within the Department an Assistant Secretary for Elderly Health with responsibility for all health and health-related matters involving the elderly.
